Return & Refund Policy

At ZONA URBANA we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at zonaurbana.us@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement, or contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange based on availability.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at zonaurbana.us@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final sale or clearance items, worn or used products, and items without original tags or packaging are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened.
