Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Supplier & warehouse items

ZONA URBANA offers an extended catalog. Some items ship directly from our trusted suppliers or partner warehouses and may require additional handling time. When an order includes items from different locations, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3-8 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, high-demand periods, or supplier restocks may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.

Incorrect addresses
